With over 30 years of elite experience, Mr. Watama is a foundational pillar of the Zimbabwean security industry. As one of the Founding Pioneers of both the Zimbabwe Indigenous National Security Association (ZINSA) and the National Employment Council for the Security Industry (NECSI), he has been instrumental in drafting the standards and ethical codes that govern the nation’s private security sector today.
He continues to serve on the ZINSA Executive Board and the NECSI, ensuring that Gilta Security remains at the absolute forefront of national security policy, industrial relations, and risk management.
The Strategic Tactician A retired Chief Superintendent of Operations with the Zimbabwe Republic Police, Mr. Sithole brings 38 years of high-level law enforcement discipline to Gilta. The Strategic Liaison & Operational Lead With a distinguished 20-year career in the Air Force of Zimbabwe (AFZ) within the Civil-Military Relations Department, Tsitsi brings an elite level of discipline, organizational structure, and diplomatic precision to Gilta Security. As General Manager, she oversees the daily alignment of our national operations, ensuring that military-grade standards are met with corporate
